"Nicks's background in the medical field really shined thru his soft skills. He has excellent communication skills, strong facilitation/ presentation skills, and has an impressive ability to collaborate with various (sometimes clashing) personalities. What impressed me the most was his growth. He came in with a medical background and skyrocketed into a solid UX Designer by the end of the course. He learned a lot about design, usability, and being a user advocate and it showed in his final designs. His ability to empathize with users is no doubt a reflection of him being in the medical field. Not only do I think Nick is a great designer, but he has the potential to be an excellent leader within the UX community."
